Each day at Jacksonville Medical Center, our volunteers play a vital role in the healing process of our patients. These special people contribute many hours of service and financial assistance to the facility, and freely offer their time in order to help others. They supplement the services of the hospital and provide many extra services that allow our staff to focus on patient care. Jacksonville Medical Center’s Volunteers can be identified by their name tags.

Jacksonville Medical Center’s volunteers are located at the front entrance of the facility. They welcome our visitors with a warm greeting and offer assistance to each visitor if needed. The volunteers provide a variety of assistance to the patients and visitors at Jacksonville Medical Center. They personally deliver letters, packages, flowers, and newspapers to patients each morning.

The volunteers operate Jacksonville Medical Center's gift shop, Endless Treasures (which is located at the front entrance). Gift items, greeting cards, and snacks are available in the gift shop. Endless Treasures is open from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm.
